- Profile: photo, phone number, bio
- Project data: budgets, schedules, documents, reports
- Payment: processed by Stripe, not stored on our servers
- Communications: messages to info@ownerlogix.com or in-app chat
Information collected automatically:
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, session duration
- Device info: browser, OS, screen resolution, device type
- IP address and approximate location
- Cookies (see Cookies section)
From third-party services:
- Data from connected services as authorized by you
- We do not purchase data from data brokers

We do not use your data to serve advertisements. We do not sell your data. We do not allow advertisers to target you.

- Supabase on AWS, US-based
- AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.2+ in transit
- Role-based access, 2FA options
- 90-day retention after cancellation, then permanent deletion
- Breach notification within 72 hours
5. Your Rights and Choices
- Access — request a copy of your data
- Correction — update inaccurate information
- Deletion — request removal of your data
- Portability — export your data in a standard format
- Objection — object to certain processing activities
- Withdrawal of consent — withdraw consent at any time

7. Third-Party Services
Integrations with third-party services are subject to their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review those policies before authorizing any integration.
8. Children's Privacy
OwnerLogix is a platform for adults in a business context. We do not knowingly collect data from minors under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us at info@ownerlogix.com and we will promptly delete it.
9. Changes to This Policy
For material changes, we will provide at least 14 days notice by email and in-app notification. Updated versions will be posted at ownerlogix.com/privacy with a new effective date.
