Notes to the schedule

The fine print, answered.

  1. Yes. All three self-serve plans require a card on file to start your 30-day free trial. Your card is securely vaulted by Stripe and $0.00 is charged on day one. Your subscription auto-bills on day 31 unless you cancel before then.

  2. When your 30-day trial ends, your subscription begins and your card on file is charged. We send reminders before your trial expires so nothing catches you off-guard. You can cancel anytime during the trial to avoid charges.

  3. Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from Account Settings → Billing & Plan. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. If your usage exceeds the new plan’s limits, your existing projects stay accessible, but you cannot add new projects or seats past the lower limit until usage is back within it.

  4. Annual plans are billed as a single upfront payment for 12 months at the discounted rate, 10% below the month-to-month price. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but you can cancel auto-renewal at any time before your renewal date.

  5. Each active member of your account counts as one seat. The seat limit is enforced when an invitation is accepted, and pending invitations count toward the cap when you send new ones, so you cannot oversubscribe. If you need more seats than your plan includes, upgrade your plan or contact us.

  6. No. The Procore connection is included in the Professional, Business, and Enterprise plans at no additional charge. You will need an active Procore account with appropriate API access permissions to connect it.

  7. Yes. OwnerLogix works well for municipalities, public agencies, and university systems. Enterprise accounts can receive procurement-friendly invoicing and security documentation. Contact our sales team to discuss your specific requirements.

  8. All plans include the Help Center, live chat inside the product, and email support at info@ownerlogix.com. Professional and Business plans receive priority email support with faster response times. Enterprise plans add a dedicated point of contact and a custom onboarding program.

  9. OwnerLogix runs on Supabase infrastructure with data encrypted at rest and in transit. Every table enforces row-level tenancy isolation, and access inside your account is role-based and assigned per project. Enterprise accounts can request security documentation.   10. Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation. During that window, you can export your project data, reports, and documents. After 90 days, data is permanently deleted. To initiate cancellation or request a data export, contact info@ownerlogix.com.
