Our Story
We built OwnerLogix because we needed it ourselves.
OwnerLogix was born out of firsthand frustration — managing major construction projects with tools that were never designed for the owner's side of the table.
The owner's representative role sits at the center of every major construction project. You're responsible for protecting the owner's interests, tracking the budget, managing the schedule, coordinating the team, and delivering a clear picture of project health — all at once, often across multiple simultaneous projects.
The tools available were designed for general contractors, project managers on the construction side, or generic task management. Spreadsheets became the default — flexible but fragile, powerful for one person, chaotic at scale.
OwnerLogix was built to change that. A single platform that understands how an owner's rep thinks, what they need to track, and who they need to communicate with. Not a repurposed general PM tool. Not a spreadsheet with a nicer interface. A purpose-built system for the specific demands of the owner's representative role.
