Help Center & Live Chat

A fully searchable Help Center is now available from the navigation bar on every screen. Browse 40+ FAQ articles organized by topic, or open a live chat with the OwnerLogix team directly from inside the app. Reach us anytime at info@ownerlogix.com.

The Help Center covers all major platform areas — projects, budgets, schedules, approvals, reports, integrations, and account settings. Search works in real time as you type and highlights matching content. Live chat is powered by Crisp and passes your account context automatically so the support team knows exactly who you are.

Notifications System — In-App, Email, SMS & Push

OwnerLogix now delivers real-time notifications across four channels — in-app, email, SMS, and browser push. The notification bell in the nav shows your unread count live, and you can control exactly which events trigger alerts and through which channel in your Personal Settings.

Six core triggers are now active: new approval requests, budget threshold exceeded, milestone at risk, team comments and mentions, report published, and Procore sync errors. High-priority alerts bypass quiet hours. Email digest mode batches low-urgency notifications into a single summary. Approval reminders re-notify on a configured cadence until resolved.

Personal Settings — Profile, Notifications & Preferences

Your personal settings page is live. Update your profile photo, contact information, availability status, notification preferences, display preferences, and approval delegation — all in one place. Every user has independent control over how OwnerLogix looks and behaves for them.

Key additions include the notification preference matrix for per-channel, per-event control; quiet hours with day-of-week selection; a mobile landing screen preference; compact mode for high-density data views; and approval delegation with a defined scope and date range.

Account Settings — Branding, Alerts, Users & Billing

Account admins now have a dedicated settings control center. Configure your organization's branding, default report cadence, budget alert thresholds, approval confirmation limits, user access, and Procore connection — all from a single organized page.

White-label branding is available for Professional and Enterprise plan accounts, allowing you to customize the client-facing experience with your firm's name, logo, and brand colors. The User Management section supports role assignment, project-level access control, and invite management with status tracking.

Global Search — Find Anything Across Your Portfolio

The global search bar is now live. Search across all projects, budget items, documents, reports, milestones, and team members simultaneously. Results appear instantly as you type, grouped by type with highlighted matches. Use Cmd+K or Ctrl+K to open search from anywhere.

Search results link directly to the relevant item within its project context. Dollar amounts and dates are searchable — type a year, a month, or a partial dollar figure to surface matching records. Results are scoped to your portfolio only.

Procore Sync — Faster, More Reliable Data Sync

Procore sync performance has been significantly improved. Bidirectional sync is now up to 3× faster on large project datasets, and partial sync failures now recover automatically without requiring a full resync.

Budget Variance Calculation Fix

Resolved an issue where budget variance percentages were calculated incorrectly when a line item's original budget was zero. Affected line items now display correctly across the budget table and all report exports.

Reports & Document Management

Owner reports can now be generated, scheduled, and delivered automatically. The document management module supports drag-and-drop uploads, custom folder structures, and file versioning across all supported file types.
